Pre-heaters

Vertical Ladle Preheaters can be used for drying and heating various types of Ladle. Each preheater is unique and is customized according to the client's needs.

It is used for heating refactory lining of lip-pouring and bottom pouring ladles. The preheater consists of a horizontal steel frame pivoted on a turret assembly fitted with radial and thrust bearing mounted on a robust fabricated stand.

Sand Muller upto 1 Ton/ Batch

Sand Mullers are essential equipment in foundry operations. They are designed to mix sand and other materials to produce a homogenous mixture that is suitable for use in molds. Sand Mullers are available in a range of sizes and configurations to suit various foundry needs.

Sand Dryer upto 10 Ton/hr..

The machine is specially designed for maximum sand drying capacity in minimum time. To avoid heat loss the drum is insulated. The drum is rotated on Rollers, The motor and Gearbox is provided for drum drive system. The Burner with Blower is mounted on one end of drum.

Core Sand Mixer - 100 Kg to 500 Kg/ batch.

Core Sand Mixer is designed to mix liquid binders with sand that is common to all chemically bonded sand mixtures. The mixer features an “S” shaped mixing blade with a vertical shaft that completely mixes the complete sand mass.

Pusher Device

Poker is used to push the scrap into the furnace during melting operation. Scrap poker is column-mounted and controlled remotely through the control desk.

Tundish

In metal casting, a tundish is a broad, open container with one or more holes in the bottom. It is used to feed molten metal into an ingot mould to avoid splashing and give a smoother flow.

Tundish Car

The tundish car is required to run smoothly, reliably, and accurately. It is convenient for the loading and unloading of the tundish and the observation and operation of the tundish.

It is required that the nozzle of the tundish and the upper mouth of the crystallizer are conveniently and accurately aligned. The frame must have sufficient strength and rigidity to ensure good performance under thermal load and set up corresponding protective covers to prevent damage to related equipment caused by thermal radiation and molten steel splashing.

Ladle Car

A ladle car, also known as a ladle transfer car, is a vehicle used to transport molten metal in foundries and steel plants. It carries metal ladles, such as torpedo ladles, from one location to another.

Vibro Charger

Vibratory Furnace Charger consists of a vibrating feeder mounted on a moving trolley with a storage hopper mounted above the feeder. The metallic components like scrap, bales, pig iron and foundry retains are stored in the hopper.
